Reconnect To Yourself

Jul 22, 2021

If you’ve ever had a hard time connecting with someone, it could be an area of yourself that needs healing, which means getting reconnected to yourself.

I know, I’m starting strong for a Monday!

It’s because I care. Hang in there with me.

Everything in life is a mirror, so it leads me to believe people who show up in our lives are doing so for a reason. Regardless if we are happy about it or not.

You may have noticed that certain personality types annoy you more than others. And you’ve likely noticed when you push these people away, someone else with a similar trait that annoys you pops up. The cycle usually continues until that part of yourself is dealt with by you. It means giving yourself time to get real.

These people are our teachers and a clue to look inward.

If you are feeling an ouch coming on or a hell no, I feel you!

Who wants the person that annoys the crap out of us to be our teacher. No one!

We usually push them away and move on without moving towards what bothers us beneath the surface.

It’s uncomfortable. Yet what makes us uncomfortable gets our attention.

Many times it takes a hard kick in the rear from life for us to pay attention, though. We tend to avoid or numb ourselves instead of going to the source.

What’s the benefit of dealing with it? You come out of it feeling FREE because it no longer has a grip on you. You also move closer to your true essence. The wall that we put up to avoid the feeling that the “teacher” comes to teach is knockdown.

It’s a gentle yet powerful process to become free.

Doing it without self-judgment is essential.

A mistake often made by most people who get real with themselves is beating themselves up. In my opinion, it’s not a healthy way to process it. However, we’re human, and it tends to happen. We tend to be our most prominent judge. So if it does, please don’t judge the judge. Observe your thoughts and move on.

Use your imagination if it helps.

We can use it to guide us towards thinking of love because we all have the gift to imagine.

The imagination of the mind is a way for love to flow in our hearts. Imagine yourself opening up and receiving love back to yourself.

You are love, so allow it to show up for you.

And if we can imagine it, we can bring it into our reality.

Allow it to be the openness to you, in other words, a step to getting back to you before the walls.

Hi, I’m Francine, a heart-centered coach, speaker and empowered empath.

I help sensitive-driven achievers break free from overthinking, and emotional overwhelm to find the confidence to lead effectively.

Your ability to feel deeply (your sensitivity) combined with your strong drive to achieve, makes you a rockstar in the field of your profession.

However, it also makes you more receptive to stress, emotional overwhelm, and overthinking. All of this often holds you back from unlocking your full potential in your career and frequently disrupts your relationships.

Does that sound familiar? If it does, I hear you. I also walked in those shoes.

The good news is that you’re not alone. And more importantly, you don’t have to live this way. It’s possible to enjoy success without stress.

It’s entirely possible to channel your ambition in healthy ways and use your sensitivity as the superpower it is.

Let me show you how.

Let's work together
