Newsflash - nothing is wrong with you!

Today, I want to talk about something that has me feeling spicy these days.

It's when people give up their power because they believe the unfavorable opinions of others. The BS!

Let's face it we live in a world of many hurt people. And hurt people, hurt people. I wish this wasn't the reality we live in; however, it's all around us.

Speaking with many of you lately, it's affecting so many heart-centered people, and that breaks my heart. I don't appreciate when loving souls are taken advantage of and mistreated.

It especially bothers me when they mess with others then wipe out their energy to get them to a place where it's easy to control them. Not cool!

When this happens, their mission is usually to get you off-balance, confused, lost, and drain your energy.

The area people are insecure in is where the take-down often starts. The gaslighting increasingly makes you feel like you are the crazy one and puts you in a rabbit hole of searching for what the heck is wrong with yourself. Newsflash, nothing is wrong with you!

If you or you know someone who is going through this mess, it's essential to understand that the only way someone can ever take your power from you is if you let them.

The more you believe in yourself, the harder it will be for someone to boot you off your game.

If you carry a lot of light, aka LOVE, it will irritate those not marching with the tune of love and often attract those who march to the tune of dissonance.

Anything that comes to you as unfavorable remember it's all untruths. You are perfect as you are because GOD created you.

Open yourself up to see through the lens of your Divine essence.

If your past surfaces up to shame you, drop it. If going down memory lane doesn't support you in feeling confident and loved, the information coming through is a bunch of lies. Never trust an inner voice that makes you feel unworthy. It's a liar. You are pure love and magnificent.

Remove what doesn't belong to make room for peace to flow through and fill the gaps once occupied by hurt.

Perhaps this is the year to kick the bullies that mistreat you to the curb—not just the ones in your inner circle, but the ones that roam around in your mind.

Remember who you are, and nothing will be able to touch you. You are the divine essence of love. The world needs you to remember this more than ever.

On the upside, it seems as though we've made progress in some areas, yet we still have a long way to go before peace, and harmony gets restored in humanity.

There is usually a breakdown before a breakthrough, so perhaps all the chaos means it's moving us closer to restoration.

If you are feeling the breakdown, hang tight and remember the truth. You're a beautiful reflection of love.

When your light is shining, we are all the better off, so don't let anyone dim it.
