If It's Meant For You...

Jul 22, 2021

The universe, God, will continue to place in front of you what is for your highest good and aligned with a purpose. However, if you don't pick up on the hint of what comes your way, it's okay. It will come in another form and perhaps later. So relax and enjoy the ride. :)

It also means if something looks great, but it doesn't feel right - trust it.

How many times do we have something pop in our inbox and social media feed that promises all the bells and whistles to convince us it's the next step to being the best of the best, feeling great, and the answer to all our problems? Unfortunately, these days, it's all around us and can be distracting.

While many things that may come your way are legit and meant for good, using discernment by trusting your intuition will help you choose what's the most resonance to you.

If not careful, it often plays on the not good enough, competent enough, qualified enough ingrained in most humans - we take the bait to only find ourselves overwhelmed because it doesn't align with our true essence.

Like many, 2020 tested me for sure!

Last year, I signed up for at least eight different things during the pandemic's peak—courses, workshops, training, etc.

Not what I typically do. However, nothing was typical of last year.

While I don't regret doing so, mainly because it was a beautiful lesson I learned in balance, I do not desire to repeat it.

Being deep in what felt like overwhelm a year ago, I can now view it as something I needed to go through for personal growth and further guidance for people I work with within my coaching programs.

Many of the things I signed up for was a calling from my spirit that I listened to my intuition because it felt right. As a result, I arrived at massive breakthroughs on a personal level and expanded my spiritual growth.

And for the ones that did not align, more growth and awareness surfaced up. It helped me truly see what doesn't resonate with me.

When out of alignment, I felt drained, out of balance, and cranky.

Looking back, I listened to the voice of urgency coming from my Ego- survival mind for those where I felt depleted instead of energized. It came in as thoughts of a whisper that would give me a feeling of validation of being good enough if I did all of these flashings in front of me that caught my eye.

While I know I'm good enough, the Ego is very sneaky, especially during times of uncertainty and stress. It can easily kick into high survival if something emerges in the unknown. Unknown sometimes feels unsafe. Like 2020 did for many.

Again, if it's meant for you, it will come back around. A few years ago, I had the opportunity to venture out to Sedona with friends. I passed it up because I didn't feel it was the right time. Fast forward to three years later. I've been twice within six months. The opportunity came back around at a fantastic time in my life when it served me better.

Trust and relax.

And enjoy the ride, beautiful one. xo

Hi, I’m Francine, a heart-centered coach, speaker and empowered empath.

I help sensitive-driven achievers break free from overthinking, and emotional overwhelm to find the confidence to lead effectively.

Your ability to feel deeply (your sensitivity) combined with your strong drive to achieve, makes you a rockstar in the field of your profession.

However, it also makes you more receptive to stress, emotional overwhelm, and overthinking. All of this often holds you back from unlocking your full potential in your career and frequently disrupts your relationships.

Does that sound familiar? If it does, I hear you. I also walked in those shoes.

The good news is that you’re not alone. And more importantly, you don’t have to live this way. It’s possible to enjoy success without stress.

It’s entirely possible to channel your ambition in healthy ways and use your sensitivity as the superpower it is.

Let me show you how.

Let's work together
