It can be so confusing these days with all the different info out there, right? It's like, what and who can you even believe anymore?
Remember how crazy 2020 was? Yeah, I bet you heard people asking, "Who can we even trust?" all the time. I know I did.
So, who can you trust?
YOURSELF!
Yet, the sad truth is many people don't trust themselves these days.
We've all been taught to listen to the experts, right? They're supposed to know everything and guide us on what we should do. But let's be real, sometimes it's all just fancy marketing that makes us forget to trust our gut feeling. We all have that little voice inside that tells us what's right and wrong, and we should tune into it when making decisions, yet so many people don't.
Over time, we have been taught to disconnect from our intuition and internal guidance without even realizing it.
My late husband Jacques used to say, "Not everything is an absolute," whenever I was too sure about something. Our deep talks reminded me that everyone has their own perspective, and we can all learn from each other while staying true to ourselves. It's a lesson that has stayed with me.
We have the gift of discernment, and we all have inner wisdom that resides within us.
All the things you've learned and experienced, as well as the knowledge inherited from your ancestors, are all a part of you.
What is right for you comes when you start to tune out the noise and ask yourself how does this feel in my body when I do this___________? What do I need in this moment? And a big one... How does this relationship feel for my nervous system?
It would be great if we could just turn on autopilot and follow a simple guide to get through life. Yet, life requires us to wake up and use how we feel to guide us.
To be honest, life doesn't come with a single set of instructions. We humans are not meant to follow a rigid path. Imagine how dull it would be if everything was already planned out for us. Total snooze-fest!
If you're getting pissed off about all the contradictory advice on relationships, diets, or anything else, then good!
This is to wake you up and get you to pay attention to your intuition, the wisest teacher of all!
Trust that you are a powerful co-creator of your reality. The more you tune into your internal guidance system, the less confusion you'll feel. When you can turn out the noise, the truth becomes clearer.
Realizing that I could trust what my body told me made a massive difference in my life and how I help others.
Your feelings can guide you in figuring out what you need more of and what you need less of in life.
You and I are wiser than we've been taught to believe.

Be the one who shakes things up and breaks the old patterns that hold people back by simply trusting yourself more.
