A Journey to Renewed Energy and Joy
Mar 04, 2024Hustling can be fun when it comes from an energy that feels aligned and fuels you because you love what you do. Yet, when it feels forced and comes from a place of trying to prove your worth, it's typically coming from a wounded part of us that, deep down, doesn't feel good enough.
I was on this hamster wheel for a few decades during my corporate years until I started to burn out, lose interest, and dread going to work. I felt drained and shut down emotionally because my tank was empty.
Trying to feel my needs by overly working to accomplish things was no longer doing it for me, and things needed to change.
Finding my way back to ME meant going inward instead of seeking outwardly. The "more" I was desperately seeking was never outside me but within. Sounds easy enough, yet many people, including myself, miss this part when trying to heal. Bypassing emotions or putting a temporary bandaid on something uncomfortable doesn't work.
I discovered I was overworking and diving into the next thing to escape and avoid the uncomfortable stuff bubbling up in me.
When we align with our truth, it's aligned with love because we are love. And when we embrace this truth because we embody it, we start doing more things we love and are less likely to be overwhelmed.
The fuel of love never runs out; it replenishes itself naturally.
So when we tap into this energy, it's magical. Life becomes less overwhelming and attracts more ease, fun, and aliveness.
We're having fun in this energy, which brings me more joy and better results.
One of the most critical steps in moving from overwhelm to vibrancy is prioritizing self-compassion to move into self-acceptance.
Self-acceptance leads to fewer emotional triggers and bouncing back faster, leading to a more harmonious life.
Let's say goodbye to the hamster wheel and say Hi to living a more vibrant life.
Hi, I’m Francine, a heart-centered coach, speaker and empowered empath.
I help sensitive-driven achievers break free from overthinking, and emotional overwhelm to find the confidence to lead effectively.
Your ability to feel deeply (your sensitivity) combined with your strong drive to achieve, makes you a rockstar in the field of your profession.
However, it also makes you more receptive to stress, emotional overwhelm, and overthinking. All of this often holds you back from unlocking your full potential in your career and frequently disrupts your relationships.
Does that sound familiar? If it does, I hear you. I also walked in those shoes.
The good news is that you’re not alone. And more importantly, you don’t have to live this way. It’s possible to enjoy success without stress.
It’s entirely possible to channel your ambition in healthy ways and use your sensitivity as the superpower it is.
Let me show you how.
