1:1 Coaching Sessions: Engage in 18 transformative sessions (45–60 minutes each) over six months. Coaching sessions are held three times a month via Zoom or phone call with one week off each month for integration and reflection. If you’re local to Lafayette, LA, in-person sessions may also be an option.

Strategic Integration Time: Leadership transformation doesn’t happen overnight—it requires space to reflect, absorb, and refine. That’s why this program includes intentional integration time, with one week each month dedicated to processing breakthroughs, applying new strategies, and recalibrating your approach. On-Demand Support: Between sessions, stay connected via email or text for guidance, questions, and celebrating wins—because breakthroughs don’t always happen on a schedule.
